What is the cost of online Student Wellbeing and Mental Health Ambassador training?
The 4/5 hour course costs £495 (no VAT), including the interactive training video, student training logs, teacher's guides, ALRAR mnemonic student cards, and certificates.
Metal badges, notebooks, e-certificates, ALRAR mnemoic student cards, and a certificate for your school are included for the first 20 pupils.
Here's what William Shrewsbury Primary School thought of our training
"It has been an amazing day! I feel immensely proud of all of our pupils. What I observed during the discussion and role-play was outstanding. The way that they have taken notes in their journals is also incredible. It is hard to believe that these young people are only 10 or 11 years old. I feel quite emotional about the day. In a really good way, of course!"
Sue Salt
"Thank you Suneta and Steve for your perfectly pitched training. It was a sympathetic delivery which the children could easily access. The children were so mature and very brave to role-play in front of adults. We are all very proud of them."
Mike Randles
What does the course cover?
How does it work?
* After making payment via our checkout or for our invoice, your Student Wellbeing & Mental Health Ambassador co-ordinator receives a link to a Padlet containing the teaching video, a teacher's guide, training logs, and a pupil certificate template for you to use in future. We will also include details of where you can purchase the metal badges after the first 20 pupils have been trained. You are, of course, free to source the badges from another provider.
* We send you 20 notebooks and 20 credit card size reminders of ALRAR, our unique mnemonic reminding pupils how they should listen and respond to someone who needs their help.
* You deliver the course using our video. There are pauses built in for student activities but you can also stop the video at any point.
* After the course has been delivered, you send us the names of the students who have been trained.
* We will send your Student Wellbeing Ambassador co-ordinator 20 pupil Wellbeing Ambassador badges, student e-certificates for you to print, and an e-certificate to display, stating that your school has delivered Student Wellbeing and Mental Health Ambassador training.
* You award the badges and the certificates in an assembly. You also introduce the Ambassadors to all the pupils in the school and explain their role.
* Ambassadors wear their badges to let other pupils know that they are there to help.
